1. Shipping Locations

We currently offer shipping to:

  • United States: Domestic shipping within the U.S.
  • International: We also ship internationally to select countries. Shipping fees and delivery times vary by location.

Note: We do not ship to P.O. Boxes.

2. Processing Time

  • Order Processing: All orders are processed within 1-3 business days from the time of purchase, excluding weekends and public holidays.
  • Shipping Time: Shipping times will vary based on the shipping method selected and the delivery address. Please see the following options:
    • Standard Shipping: 5-7 business days (U.S. Orders)
    • Expedited Shipping: 2-3 business days (U.S. Orders)
    • International Shipping: Delivery time depends on the country (typically 7-21 business days).

Note: Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

3. Shipping Fees

  • Domestic U.S. Shipping:
    • Standard Shipping: Free on orders over $50
    • Standard Shipping (Under $50): $5.99
    • Expedited Shipping: $12.99
  • International Shipping:
    • Shipping fees vary based on destination and the size/weight of the order. You can view your shipping cost at checkout before completing your purchase.

Customs and Import Duties: For international orders, please be aware that additional customs fees, taxes, or import duties may apply upon arrival in the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.

4. Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number (if applicable). You can track your package on the carrier’s website to stay updated on its delivery status.

5. Shipping Restrictions

  • We are unable to ship to certain international locations due to shipping carrier restrictions.
  • We do not ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses.
  • If there is an issue with your delivery address or if you enter an incorrect address at checkout, please contact us immediately. We will not be responsible for packages lost or delayed due to incorrect address information.

  • FashionSuri is not responsible for lost or damaged items during the shipping process, but we will do our best to assist you in finding a resolution.
